Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through consultation, support, portal-registration, review, telephone, email, and other service requests, including contact information, project or property details, requested appointment times, and communication preferences.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate and deliver services, maintain client relationships, improve our website, measure marketing performance, prevent misuse, and satisfy legal obligations.
Client portal and project files
Portal registrations are reviewed before access is approved. Account information may be associated with a specific customer, property, project, and authorized file workspace. When Dropbox connectivity is activated, the portal will request only the files assigned to the authenticated customer. Access settings and account activity may be recorded for security, support, and auditing.
Account security
Customers are responsible for protecting their sign-in credentials and notifying Dillon promptly of unauthorized access. Dillon may suspend an account when access cannot be verified or a security concern exists.
Advertising and analytics
When activated, analytics and advertising technologies may measure visits, calls, form submissions, campaign source, and website interactions. Applicable consent controls and provider disclosures will be implemented before public advertising begins.
SMS and communications
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers working on our behalf, as required by law, or with your direction.
